Summary
If participant doesn't have permission to see the KB article then application behaves non informal - either show error or redirect to the portal
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites:
- You have an existing service desk project with the linked KB space and article which is visible to some number of users
- Request has reporter who can see the article and participant who cannot
- Request has KB link the the comment
- As participant go to the Customer Portal and click to the KB link
Expected Results
Link is not clickable or there is a message that you dont have permission to see it
Actual Results
- If participant open link in another window he see following error: "There was a problem contacting the application"
- If participant click to the link he is redirected to the Portal
