NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
Summary
In the current Service Desk setup, the adding customers to the project comes together as a functionality for the Service Desk Team project role in the JIRA Service Desk project. There is no way, to separate the adding customer access separately, the user would like to create a new level of permission or administrative user that only has access to only adding/removing the customer.
Expected Results
To be able to have a permission or project role/administrative group that allows the user to be able to only add customer to the JIRA Service Desk project
Actual Results
The Service Desk Team role gives the user multiple other functionalities apart from adding customers.
