      Problem Definition

      The user wants to ensure the email generated from Atlassian system are clean in design and does not contain any Atlassian system default footnote at the bottom, the user considers this as advertisement placement in normal day-to-day email response.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the ability to turn off/remove or edit the default footnote design generated by the Atlassian email system.

      Why this is important

      The user wants full control of the email template that is being generated by the Atlassian system, to a certain extent, user has the ability to edit the footnote content which is auto-generated as well, this allows user to be more in control of the service that is being used, in this case the notification settings.
