      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add the Request Type field to the View Issue Screen
      2. Create a JSD issue with a valid Request Type

      Expected Results

      Request Type Icon displayed in the Request Type field in View Issue Screen.

      Actual Results

      Request Type icon displays as a broken image
      Error in the developer tool:

      viewavatar:1 GET https://<instance>/secure/viewavatar?avatarType=SD_REQTYPE&avatarId=null 404 ()

      avatarId=null

      Notes

      The Icon displays correctly in the Service Desk Request section
