ServiceDesk request type icons not shown on Queues page

      Description of the problem:

      Request type icons are not shown on queue page. The issue does not happen on the portal, project Settings/Request type page, and on the issue view.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Navigate to https://<instance>/projects/PROJECTKEY/queues/

      Error in the developer tool:

      viewavatar:1 GET https://<instance>/secure/viewavatar?avatarType=SD_REQTYPE&avatarId=null 404 ()

      avatarId=null
