Problem Definition
Currently, admin can set default approver by setting the default value for the field. However, it can't be set depending on Organization. For example:-
Organization A has default approver ABC
Organization B has default approver DEF
The workaround is to use Automation. But, this field will not be displayed in the Customer Portal. Admin requires this field to display in the Customer Portal.
Suggested Solution
Provide the option for admin to set the default approver and display it to Customer Portal.
Why this is important
Admin can set the default approver by the organization and let it display in Customer Portal.
Workaround
Configure using Automation , but the field will not be display in Customer Portal
