Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. Problem Definition
Currently, agents cannot reset passwords or change account details of customers without being a member of the site-admins group.
Suggested Solution
An agent should be able to administer customers as they are simply customers of the Service Desk.
