      Unlicensed customers will not be able to access Confluence from mobile device if they activated Mobile view

      Environment

      Confluence 1000.0.0-1c5ac9c

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Service Desk Project
      2. Set the KB to "Everyone with access to your service desk can read articles without a Confluence license."
      3. Create an Unlicensed Service Desk Customer
      4. Let the customer access Confluence through Mobile with activated Mobile view

      Expected Results

      • Service Desk Customer should be able to access Confluence page from Mobile device with activated mobile view

      Actual Results

      • Service Desk Customer can access the Confluence page through Desktop but unable to access Confluence from mobile device with activated Mobile view
      • Getting 403 error

      Note

      • There is no option to switch back to Desktop View once you activated Mobile view
