Summary
Unlicensed customers will not be able to access Confluence from mobile device if they activated Mobile view

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Service Desk Project
- Set the KB to "Everyone with access to your service desk can read articles without a Confluence license."
- Create an Unlicensed Service Desk Customer
- Let the customer access Confluence through Mobile with activated Mobile view
Expected Results
- Service Desk Customer should be able to access Confluence page from Mobile device with activated mobile view
Actual Results
- Service Desk Customer can access the Confluence page through Desktop but unable to access Confluence from mobile device with activated Mobile view
- Getting 403 error
Note
- There is no option to switch back to Desktop View once you activated Mobile view
