Attach image from Outlook 2016 to Customer Portal is not working

      Summary

      There's 2 scenario:-

      First scenario : Drag image from Outlook 2016 to Customer Portal with any browser (IE , Chrome) is not working.
      Second scenario : Copy image from Outlook 2016 and paste to comment field in issues at Customer Portal with any browser (IE , Chrome) is not working.

      Environment

      JIRA Service Desk Application v3.3.0-OD-1000.1715.0

      Steps to Reproduce

      First Scenario:-

      1. Have an email with image at Outlook 2016
      2. Open issue in Customer Portal
      3. Drag the image from Outlook to attach it to issue.

      Second Scenario:-

      1. Copy image from the email at Outlook 2016
      2. Open issue in Customer Portal
      3. Paste the image from Outlook to comment field.

      Expected Results

      Both scenario : Image successfully attached.

      Actual Results

      First Scenario: Attachment is not attached. Nothing happening in the Customer Portal
      Second scenario : Below error return:-

      Workaround

      Save the image to local. Then , attach it manually to issues.
