Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Microsoft Edge Browser
- Go to Service Desk Project
- Click on Project Settings > Request Types
- Click on Edit Groups in one of the request type
- A popup will be shown to assign the request types to group
- Click Save
- Close the pop-up and click on add existing request type
- Type in request type
Expected Results:
The request types will be added to group correctly
Actual Results:
- The save button is not working. There is no respond from clicking the save button
- After add existing request type, upon typing in request type in the, the pop-up disappear and the request type does not appear in the group listings
Workaround:
Use another browser
