Description
Steps to reproduce
- Goto JIRA Service Desk configuration from within the Global Administration
- Click on "View and customize"
Expected
You are redirected to the Help Center with the "Customize" side panel open
Actual
You are redirected to the single portal view instead, which doesn't not have a sidepanel available
Workaround
You have two options available:
- From within the Single portal view, click on the "Help Center" link and then on the "Customize" button that appears in the top right hand corner
- or; create another Service Desk project, and the link will work again
