Enable customer satisfaction survey on the Customer Portal

      Today, the satisfaction survey can only be answered by the mail channel.

      It would be great if the satisfaction survey could be added to the customer portal when an issue is resolved too, so the customers can avoid the use of the email channel instead of the consolidated customer portal.
