Unable to administer customers on JIRA Service Desk

      Summary

      After enabling Atlassian Account, JIRA is returning an error message (User does not exist) when navigating to administer user on Service Desk.

      Environment

      Cloud - JIRA v1000.929.1

      Steps to Reproduce

        # Navigate to a Service Desk Project

        # Click on customers

        # Roll the mouse on a customer which doesn't have a JIRA Account (Restricted Portal) > More > Administer User.

      Expected Result

      It displays the Site Administration screen and the default options (Log in as User, Reset password, etc)

      Actual Results

      It displays an error message: User user1 does not exist.

       

      Workaround:

      Convert the user to Atlassian Account enable again the Administer User option.
