      Problem Definition

Currently, the Organisation field is not available in the Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget

      Suggested Solution

Add the Organisation field as an option in the Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget

      Why this is important

Customer would want to see report per based on the Organisation

      Workaround

To configure the gadget, use the Labels field. Alternatively, the gadget will incorporate any custom fields of the Labels type in the X and Y axis options.

To implement this, all tickets with an assigned organization need to be updated by adding a label that corresponds to the organization's name. As a result, the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget can display a table organised by Organisation labels (Y-axis) and Projects (X-axis).

Note: In the provided example, only one request's custom label field was updated within the Support Finance project. Consequently, while other requests are included in the totals (three tickets in the project and 32 in the filter), they are not individually listed.

You can create a dedicated Labels custom field (as shown in the screenshot above) to track the organisation associated with each request. This field can be updated using automation or the bulk update feature.
