Problem Description
As an agent, I would like to notify Service Desk customer when transitioning to certain status and at the same time, giving an update about completion/finishing date by selecting date from JIRA custom field.
Based on the current Customer Notification setting, there is no way to achieve that.
Suggested Resolution
Provide a feature to add JIRA custom field in customer notification
