      Environment

      JIRA v1000.885.0

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Internet Explorer 11, go to JIRA Service Desk Portal
      2. Create issue
      3. Fill up the fields
      4. Mark the checkbox in the multiple choice field
      5. Hit 'Create Issue'

      Expected Results

      The issue has been created successfully.

      Actual Results

      There is an error in the multiple choice field and the issue cannot be created:

      • "Please provide a valid value for field"

      Workaround

      Use another web browser
