Summary

On IE 11 or Microsoft Edge, it is not possible to create tickets when there's a checkbox custom field.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a request type with checkbox custom field
2. Create a ticket with that custom type on IE 11

Expected Result

Ticket is created.

Actual result

It shows error:

Please provide a valid value for field '<custom field name>'

Notes

• This also happens even the field is set to optional/mandatory
• This does not happen on other browsers

Workaround

• Use different browser to create tickets.
