      1. Invite upper case email into JSD project. eg. User@atlassian.com
      2. Login and create a new issue through customer portal with another user
      3. Share request with the with lower case email. eg. user@atlassian.com

      Expected Result

      Customer able to share request

      Actual Result

      Error displayed:

      Customer Email contains Upper case:

      Workaround

      Change email to lower case
