Sharing request breaks when different email case are entered.

How to replicate
- Invite upper case email into JSD project. eg. User@atlassian.com
- Login and create a new issue through customer portal with another user
- Share request with the with lower case email. eg. user@atlassian.com

Customer able to share request

Change email to lower case
