Summary

Request type with Issue type not configured in the Issue type schemes cannot be deleted

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a request type with eg IT Help issue type
2. Remove the issue type from the issue type scheme for the project
3. Delete the request type

Expected Results

Request type deleted

Actual Results

Delete request type windows appear. Clicking on delete shows a loading icon but does nothing. Nothing in logs

Workaround

Add the issue type to the issue type scheme and remove the request type. Remove the issue type from the scheme again.
