If the user profile language differs from the System Language, creating a project from Service Desk Fails

If the user JIRA profile language differs from the System Language, when creating a Service Desk project, the project creation will fail

With the System Language set to English and the profile set to German one of the generated error is

Fehler
There was a problem creating Automation rules for this new Service Desk

workaround
change the user profile language to the System Language.
