Description
Summary
The date picker custom fields removes SLA data from ticket.
Steps to Replicate
- Create a new date picker custom field and add it to the edit screen of a JIRA Service Desk project.
- Create a ticket under the same project without filling in the date picker. SLA is there
- Edit the issue and fill in value to the date picker custom field and save the changes. SLA column gone.
Expected Results
Date is set on the custom field and SLA is intact.
Current Results
Date is set on the custom field and SLA is gone. Attempt to retrieve the SLA information from database returns null.
