Description
Symptoms
Fresh Install of ServiceDesk trial only enables 162 of 190 modules
- Similar to issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-712
- But Disabling and re-enabling does not bring modules online
404 Error recieved when accessing any Servicedesk Configuration pages
The following error displays in the JIRA log:

Workaround
Enable all the plugin modules in the Add-On Manager by:
- Expanding Service Desk.
- Click on 162 of 190 modules enabled.
- Go through and enable each module one-by-one.
- Background re-index
