Not all modules are being enabled properly in Cloud

      Symptoms

      Fresh Install of ServiceDesk trial only enables 162 of 190 modules

      404 Error recieved when accessing any Servicedesk Configuration pages

      The following error displays in the JIRA log:

      Workaround

      Enable all the plugin modules in the Add-On Manager by:

      1. Expanding Service Desk.
      2. Click on 162 of 190 modules enabled.
      3. Go through and enable each module one-by-one.
      4. Background re-index
