When the Reporter and Assignee of a Service Desk request are the same JIRA user, a valid JIRA User with SD Agent permissions, JIRA will suppress any Internal Comment notifications for this user, except for the first.
"Share with customer" comment type seems to work just fine.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a SD project;
- Create a request or use an existent
- Change the Assignee and Reporter of the request to be the same user;
- Do an internal comment > the notification should be send just fine.
- Do another internal comment;
Expected
Customer should receive the notification because he's also the Assignee of the issue.
Actual
The user won't receive the notifications for the internal comments.
