Automatically Assign Tickets Based on Workload

      Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.

      Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this ticket to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Management Cloud users.       It would be great to have the functionality to automatic assign issues based on the workload of the analysts. 

      For example, we have two agents: Natalie and Angel. Natalie currently has 5 tickets open. Angel currently has 7 tickets open. The logic would assign the new ticket to Natalie since she has the lesser number of open tickets.
