It would be great to have the functionality to automatic assign issues based on the workload of the analysts.
For example, we have two agents: Natalie and Angel. Natalie currently has 5 tickets open. Angel currently has 7 tickets open. The logic would assign the new ticket to Natalie since she has the lesser number of open tickets.
