      Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented.       Problem Definition

      The default customer permission/request security settings (name changed in 3.3) is too permissive or some administrators as it allows users to see the portal when you click Browse All in the Help Center 

      Suggested Solution

      Add a scheme, template, or allow global configuration of the default values so that new projects can be automatically hidden if desired by the administrator.

      Workaround

      Edit the customer permission/request security settings immediately after creating the JIRA Service Desk project.
