Check Box Custom field is showing as drop down in portal

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      I created a standard custom Field - Checkboxes added to my screens.
      When I look in JIRA Create Issue screen I see the checkboxes. When I add this field to my form in Customer Portal it is showing as a drop down list.
