[Feature Request] Make work logs available to customer panel (readonly)

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be very nice to have the possibility to let customers see the logged and estimated work on an issue in the customer panel for transparency reasons.
