I have Service desk connected to a Knowledge base in Confluence.
I would like to have more options of blueprints/templates to use along with selecting the fields I want to add to the page.
Example - I have an issue type of general questions. I want to create a KB article that is FAQ and brings in the description and the comment, which would be the answer.
Is there a way to do this or any plans of expanding the capabilities of adding to a KB?
