Ticket status automation on JIRA Service Desk cloud

      Hi JIRA team,

      Is there any way on how to automate ticket status from Resolved to closed? like for example the ticket will be closed within 3 days after it being resolved if user not reopened the ticket.

      Your information on this would be appreciated.
