Hide usernames from customer notifications

      Example, after an issue has been assigned to an individual (example = "Chris"), and this Assignee adds a comment to issue, which gets sent back to the customer via email, the customer sees in their email client as the sender:

      "Chris <support@example.com>"

      Whereas it would be interesting to have the ability to customize it to something like:

      "Support Example <support@example.com>"
