Problem Definition
Currently if customer tries to open attachment from customer portal, JIRA will automatically download the attachment so third party application can open it.
Suggested Solution
Customer would like ability to view the attachment directly from customer portal similar to how they are able to view attachment directly from JIRA's issue page.
Workaround
Download the attachment and view it with third party application.
