      I have several queues.  I would like to organize them with separator bars and be able to expand and collapse queue sets for which i have defined as the sum of the queue counts nested in them.    Below i have used the standard JIRA statusCategories to create the OPEN, DONE queues.    Within OPEN and DONE, there are different levels.   I Then also have Queues organized by customers, assignees and specific business categoires.    notice that OPEN (26) + DONE (47) = ALL (73)...according to how i defined them.

      Finally, i like that i can order the queues, but it would be good as an admin to be able to sort the results in the queue view just like jira.
