Suggestion
Currently Issue Navigator supports searching with request-channel-type which shows which tickets are created from mail and which from portal. This field is however not available for Pie Chart gadget, including other Service Desk related issue field such as Customer status, Channel.
Suggestion is to make these service desk related issue fields available for Pie Chart so that admins and agents can easily compare between the usages of mail and portal for request creation:
- Request type
- Customer status
- Channel
- Insight field type
- Organizations
