Problem Definition
When impersonation Oauth is configured in application link, Serivce Desk customers are not able to create ticket from Confluence page with JIRA Issues Macro
When impersonation Oauth is disabled, customers are able to create issues but only on behalf of a pre-configured JIRA user.
Suggested Solution
Allow JIRA Service Desk customer to create ticket directly via JIRA Issues Macro in Confluence page with impersonation Oauth. Or embed an issue creation from the Customer Portal into a Confluence page.
