      Scenario

      In some cases, there's a need to send attachment links to anonymous users/customers (without an account) for download. However, JIRA Service Desk will require a login before the attachments can be downloaded.

      Suggestion

      It would be convenient to allow anonymous access to attachments, in a way that everyone can download as long as they have links.
