Jira ServiceDesk Allow Fullsize image inline instead of thumbnail for issues & comments created by mail

      When screenshots or images are included in a mail sent to JIRA ServiceDesk, by default they are attached as thumbnails

      When multiple screenshots are included, it is an annoyance having to click thru every one in order to see them properly. However, if screenshots were included at full size, then it becomes much easier to read the Description or Comments.

      The only workaround we know of is having to edit the Description or Comment, in order to remove the "|thumbnail!" tag on JIRA markup language. The more images a mail has, the more time consuming is this.

      We want to force JIRA to display all images in issue description to always display at full size. At least, there should be a* global parameter* to set up such preference. I did not find any option in the admin screen for that. 

      How do we achieve this ? Please help !
