Problem Definition
Currently JIRA Service Desk does not allow SLAs to be viewed by non service desk agent. User must have been granted JIRA Service Desk Application Access in order to see SLA.
One of our customer has raised a use case : The manager who is not necessarily a service desk agent sometimes wants to see the situation on SLA of the tickets.
Suggested Solution
Add an option to enable SLA to be viewed by other JIRA Application users.
