Custom Image on Customer Satisfaction Feedback

      Problem Definition

      When SD customer click Satisfaction Feedback on the email notification, it will be redirected to Satisfaction Feedback page where they can add the rating and leave a comment. However, the text and image on the feedback form is not currently possible to change.

      Suggested Solution

      It is great if user can have an option to customize the text and image.
