Customer has reported that the way of displaying confluence KB article is different between Help Center and Customer portal :
- From Customer portal, the KB article is display in a popup which is more user friendly.
- From Help Center, the KB article is displayed in a new page with a smaller space to display the information.
It would be better if the way of displaying KB from Help Center can be aligned with the way from Customer portal by using the popup.
