Inactive user should get notification email when sending an email to JSD mail

      Problem Description

      When an inactive user sends an email to JSD mail, it will not be processed (no ticket created and there is no notification)

      Suggested Resolution

      It would be great if there is an email notification sent to the inactive user, letting him know that the email associated with that user is currently inactive hence no ticket will be created.
