Problem Description
There are only 3 drop-down boxes in Help Center Request at the moment and it's not possible to customize it. As a user, I would like the ability to customize it so that I can add additional drop-down selection (i.e "created date", "status" and "number of days issue is open).
Suggested Resolution
Provide the ability to customize it so that it's easier to search for specific request.
