      Hi

      I'm trying to automatically add Request Participants to Service Desk ticket on creation.
      I use "edit issue action".

      "Request participants"=SukhaninskiySO
      labels=sd0

      Labels work, Request participants dont. Why?

             sukhaninskiyso233097520sukhaninskiyso233097520 d4bf3661ebbb - You may use this for "Edit issue / More options" - "all" you need is the USERID (and replace the example value in ID below) which could be find in User management:

            {
            "update": {
            "Request participants" : [ {
            "add":

            { "id":"5e847f98dde1d52c1def9Bf9" }

            }]
            }
            }

            Not as easy as a drop-down, but "manageable"

            @sukhaninskiy - Your link is to Server, but this is a Cloud issue/request.

            We would really fancy a solution for this! Our usercase:

            • We need to notify a specific Group of users when an issue is created (if not, then there is no "pling" in the mobile application whenever a customer contact us - which could result in a late response from our side)

            Please add!

            I would also like to see the functionality to remove a request participant well.
