As agent , would like to move ticket to other Service Desk project without having agent role to it .

      Problem Definition

      Currently , agent is not allowed to move ticket to other Service Desk project that he/she doesn't have agent role to the project he/she want to move the ticket to .

      Suggested Solution

      Provide different permission for agent to move ticket from a project to another project eventhough he/she not the agent of the project he/she want to move the ticket to .
