Summary
Auto-search on request forms is not displaying Request Types after reloading the page or after clicking on the Workflow tab.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to https://<instance URL>/servicedesk/admin/<project key>/confluence-kb
- Link it to Confluence Space
- Select any Space -> Link
- If the Request Types are shown, refresh the page OR
- Go to Workflow Tab -> navigate back to Knowledge Base
Expected Result
Request Types are displayed
Actual Result
Request Types are not shown
Workaround
Navigate to Request Types tab and go back to Knowledge Base tab.
