As an Admin, I would like to have the ability to associate the Customer Portal with a company instead of a user

      Currently, JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal is associated with only a single user (customer). It will be nice if it's possible to actually associate it with a company name (for instance) so that all the users that belong to a certain company can view all the requests raised by the other users in the company.
