We don't want all of our customer users to see the SLAs within the issues themselves. Yes, some, but only the super-customer-users. As a default, and if easier, make it so that no customer users can see SLAs with an issue.
To reproduce: either go to
Project > Issues > Open > select an Issue > open issue
Service Desk > Queue > select an Issue > open issue
