Some of our customer users SHOULD be able to see how SLAs are configured. But very few. Those are the folks that sign the contract with our company. Most customer users should not know about the SLAs and how they are configured. To reproduce:
Log on to JIRA as a portal customer. Then go to Service Desk > SLA.
I would recommend that NO customer users see this if it is easier than allowing some to see it.
